Refund Policy

We assured our products are in neat conditions before packing them. However, we encourage you to contact us at info@aitanabrule.com in a circumstance you are not satisfied with one of our products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be advised that earrings are non-returnable nor non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

No refunds. You might be able to obtain a store credit if we found your request eligible for it.  

Please inspect your order upon reception (no later than 3 days after delivered) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
